Donald Lynn Laurent
- Managing partner of Granite Asset Management,
Ltd.
- Managing partner of Laurent & Leonard, L.L.C.
- President of The Laurent Company, Inc.
Donald Laurent oversees all facets of the business.
He brings more than 30 years of experience in construction
and rehabilitation in the multi-family property
industry. As a property owner, Donald strives to
find more efficient and less costly ways to manage
properties, while still delivering the highest quality
of service. Donald’s operational experience and
construction knowledge make him well suited to manage
multi-family properties.
Michael Shane Laurent

As an active member of Granite Asset Management,
Ltd., Shane's primary role is assisting in the acquisition
and the selling of properties. Shane also manages
major property renovations and handles negotiations
with vendors to ensure all properties receive quality
tradesmen and supplies at the best rates possible.
Shane excels in project management, especially in
pre construction planning for integrating human
assets, materials, and the scheduling of construction
stages.
Jennifer Caswell, CAM
- Certified Property Manager, Granite Asset
Management, Ltd.
As Certified Apartment Manager, Jennifer overseas the day-to-day operations
of all properties in the Granite Asset Management portfolio as well as the
property supervisors and leasing agents. She works closely with the property
owners to plan and oversee interior and exterior renovations to the
apartment facilities, increase occupancy, meet budgetary goals and enhance
return on investment. Jennifer has been in property management since 2001,
beginning as a leasing agent and working her way up to managerial roles,
earning certifications along the way. She is currently working on her CAPS
(Certified Apartment Property Supervisor).
Theresa Powers
- Operations Support Manager for Granite Asset
Management, Ltd.
Theresa Powers supervises quality control procedures
throughout the company. Her additional duties include
project supervision and daily monitoring of operational
activities. She participates in the due diligence
process, final acquisition of properties, marketing,
and office administration. With more than 13 years
of experience in project and office management,
as well as public relations, Theresa brings invaluable
resources to the team. She is a member of the Tulsa
Apartment Association.
Julie Shirley
Julie Shirley accurately administers all financial
and accounting matters. With eight years of bookkeeping
experience, she also trains employees in proper
coding, management application use, and financial
guidance on all properties. Her vast experience
in budgeting and bank relations helps Granite remain
a viable company and financially ready to take on
new challenges and business opportunities.
